Kitchen Manager/Chef position available with fine dinning Restaurant in Waterkloof. Candidates must have 6+ years kitchen management/chef experience. Must have good general knowledge of food and of kitchen management procedures. Experience in high end A la Carte cuisine essential. Duties will include food preparation and running the pass. Must be able to work in a high pressured environment. Only hard working candidates will be considered. Salary R 13000 - 16000 k CTC per month
