The minimum requirements applicable are ? experience within the industry ? appropriate qualification ? leadership qualities and the ability to run a busy pass ? ability to produce refined dining in an a la carte restaurant ?ordering ? stock control ? menu calculation? compiling staff rosters? staff training ?willingness to work on Saturdays and public holidays.
