Our client in Paarl is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.

Key Requirements:
- Immediate availability
- Previous experience in a 5* environment (small and intimate breakfasts)
- Candidate must have great interpersonal skills
- Very well presented
- Strong communication skills (fluent in Afrikaans and English)

Key Outputs:
- Stand in for head chef for breakfast/lunch/dinner/functions (depending on the rotation on the roster.)
- Must be able to deal with guests in an open plan restaurant
- Host hotel guests
