World class 5* Game Lodge - North West Province - Madikwe

Chef's qualification with 3 years sous chef experience in 5* Game Lodge cuisines required.

Good management skills to be able to take control of kitchen when Head chef is absent

Passion for kitchen management – including all kitchen administration, general hygiene and people management

Passion for training staff, creating fabulous food, and new ideas

Have skills in not only food preparation but also, stock control, ordering, menu planning.

Excellent English Language skills & Guest Relations skills, must be able to communicate with Guests.

This is a live in position with all meals, accommodation, laundry, provided.

Salary R 9 000 - R 10 000 including accommodation and company benefits.
