We are seeking a formally qualified Sous Chef with at least 3 years experience as Sous Chef in upmarket hotel environment. Candidates must be able to run a fine dining hotel restaurant in absence of Head Chef. This is primarily a pm shift position. Only applicants with stable work history and impeccable references will be considered.
