Our client, a bustling 5-star hotel in the North West, is looking to employ 2 x Sous Chefs.
We are looking for candidates with strong kitchen management skills to be 2IC here, as well as someone who can cook up a storm...The successful candidate swill have a Matric certificate, a formal culinary qualification and at least 3 years’ experience as Sous Chef in the kitchen of a full service hotel.
Exposure in a 5 Star establishment highly advantageous.

Responsibilities include:
Food preparation
Maintenance of hygiene standards
Maintenance of chemicals and equipment
Ensuring adherence to safety and security policies in the kitchen
Guest interaction
Assisting and training lower level staff
