A leading mine based in Gauteng, who is listed on the JSE & NYSE, is currently seeking a SOX Manager.

The successful candidate would be a qualified CA(SA)/CIA with extensive SOX, IFRS and GAAP exposure. Big 4 Articles would be advantageous. At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Previous mining experience would be hugely beneficial.
