Education:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Beauty Therapy Certificate/ Somatology Diploma is advantageous but not necessary

Criteria:
• Familiar with all duties and procedures in the Spa/ Wellness Centre
• Experience working as Spa Manager in a Spa / Wellness Centre
• Motivated & self-starter
• MS Office and Excel knowledge is essential

Focus:
• Product orders
• Checking of daily control sheets and treatments booked
• Stocktaking on the last day of the month
• Submit therapist individual summary reports
• Complete reports for split between products and treatments
• Submit monthly product breakdown
• Submit summary report entailing: stocktaking for the month, revenue, specials, expenses, marketing and HR
• Monthly and weekly rosters and follow- up on time attendance and leave forms
• Consolidate voucher sales
• Hold weekly meetings with therapists
• Ensure database is updated and maintained
• Manage cleanliness of therapist and salon
• Ensure on the job training takes place
• Update manuals
• Assist with therapist training
