THE BOARDROOM-REFRESHING RECRUITMENT seeks a skilled & experienced SPA RECEPTIONIST for our client, a 5* luxury & award winning spa. If you meet the criteria below, then I would like to hear from you!Reporting directly to the Spa Manager, the successful incumbent is responsible for the smooth and effective daily operation of the Spa Reception area as well as assisting with Spa treatments as required ensuring a memorable Spa experience, whilst maintaining the quality and standards.Required Experience & Qualifications A recognized Spa qualification essentialA minimum of 1- 2 years' experience in a Spa Receptionist role within in a 5 star Spa environmentA minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a Spa Therapist roleExtensive working knowledge in MS Office in all MS office applications e.g. Word, Excel, OutlookWilling to work shifts Key Responsibilities Ensure that the standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction are maintained.Assist with Spa treatments as and when requiredMaintain a float and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts dailyControl of cash and daily reconciliationsOversee arrival and departure of guests, and access controlHave the ability to assist in the marketing of the spa , revenue generation as well as retail Spa productsEffectively maintain the booking systemAssist with Stock takeWork in accordance to the internal and external control proceduresAssist in driving revenues by efficient booking/upselling and rebooking guests.Complete all daily duties as set out in departmental duties and requirements.
