Prestigious Spa based within a popular hotel in Fourways is looking for a talented, ambitious, extrovert Sales Lady to build a strong sales pipeline for the brand and grow the Spa's customer base and overall sales.

A Great opportunity for a seasoned sales person with a background in Spa sales to write their own "paycheck"!

Responsibilities:

As a Spa Sales Executive, you will be required to:

Maximise sales revenue in the most profitable way in line with agreed targets.
Identify new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating trends and gaps in the market; researching and analysing sales options.
Sell the Spa services by developing relationships with prospects.
Maintain relationships with clients through on-going communication and follow-ups on Special Spa offerings etc.
Identify service improvements or new services/products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing the Spa operating standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing related publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking best-operating practices and participating in professional, related groups.
Minimum Requirements:

Matric is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
Excellent telephonic skills and etiquette.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Strong Spa Sales Background, specific to the corporate sector would be an advantage.
Experience within the hotel environment would be preferable.

R 14 000 basic salary
