Kendrick Recruitment is now looking for a Spa Therapist to be located at a 5* lodge based in the Kruger National Park. The successful candidate will be accountable to the Head Therapist and ultimately the General Manager. The candidate will be fully responsible for the management of the spa and gym facilities. The main duties of the therapist is to provide body and beauty treatments for the guests at a 5* professional standard and ensure that all spa and gym facilities are fully stocked and operational. Effective communication is a must between spa/gym and lodge management staff in terms of all guest requirements. This position will also include rostered hosting as evening dinner and events where the candidate must ensure the smooth running of the activities. Some of the key qualifications and skills required are: A minimum of 3 years experience in a spa therapist position in a 4/5* lodge environmentA National Diploma in Health and Skincare (3 years of study)Knowledge of world-class spa standards and treatments and adminReflexology and Aromatherapy is a mustITEC or CIDESCO certificateA professional mannerA smart appearanceAssertiveness, a cool head and exceptional organisational skills is a mustExcellent communication skillsComputer literateReliable and trustworthyPhysical staminaThis amazing position is available immediately.Salary: R4,500 – R5,500 (CTC, Neg for the right candidate)10% commission on treatments and retailLive- in, all meals included, medical aid and provident fund contribution.
