Perfectly situated in the heart of Limpopo, 50Km’s west of Bela Bela.The purpose of this position is to provide a high level of quality service to guests ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as to successfully promote all spa services; retail products as well as assist with reception duties.Requirements:Relevant Spa Qualifications2+ years relevant experienceAdditional Therapy CoursesGood interpersonal skillsWell-presentedResponsibilities:Report on a daily basis on sales.Compare ongoing promotions.Market the spa to local areas and guests.Ensure that you adhere to the Sales & Marketing working methodology within the company.Knowledgeable of all corporate policies, procedures and required reports.Knowledgeable of all spa activities, programs, services and retail products.Ensuring the awareness and compliance of all SOP’sPerform any reasonable task requested by management even if it is outside of your general scope of work.Conduct & Minute your meetings on a daily and weekly basis.Enforce spa rules and ensure that it’s followed by guests and enforced by staff.Take care of stock and use it wisely.Maintain adequate levels of products in the treatment rooms & report when stock levels are running low.Ensure that Facials, Massages, Body Wraps and Polishing, Pedicures and Manicures, Waxing is done with extreme care and according to customers’ expectations.Inform your direct superior of any guest comments, suggestions and complaints in a constructive and professional manner.Report all operational problems/concerns to your direct superior.Create and implement and action plan with regards to the site visit reports.Always maintain a hygienic and clean work environment.Be prepared to deal with emergency guest first aid incidents in a manner that projects our staff, guests and the company.Ensure all housekeeping, cleanliness, sanitation standards are being met at all times and are compliant with Health Codes.Maintain Spa standard of appearance with regard to yourself and your work station.Report any violation of spa policies, procedures and illegal or elicit behavior to your direct manager.Assist with reception duties as and when required.Note: Commission is earned on Spa Services and Retail sold.
