Excellent product and service knowledge is required to effectively provide natural wellness solutions to meet the needs of the guests.Requirements:Matric / Grade 12 certificateTertiary qualification in Beauty Therapy Diploma/Certificate/ITEC/CIDESCOMinimum 2 years work experienceOwn car and license would be advantageousMust be able to administer Massages, facials, waxing, Manicures, pedicures, Reflexology and AromatherapyProvide consistent professional massage and beauty treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practicesUphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controlsMust have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skillsEnjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personalityExcellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer knowledgeHandle guests questions and concerns professionally and courteouslyMust be a team playerYour contribution to the lodge will be rewarded with a basic salary + accommodation + meals.Candidate must reside in the Hoedspruit or Surrounding area or be willing to relocate.
