Education:
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Beauty Therapy Certificate/ Somatology Diploma is advantageous

Work Experience:
• Experience as a Spa Therapist or similar position in a 4/5 star hotel
• Familiar with all duties and procedures in the Spa/ Wellness Centre
• MS Office (Word, Excel and Email) is essential

Tasks:
• Carry out skin analysis and give advice about skin and body care
• Perform facial or body massage and figure analysis and advise on exercise programs and nutrition
• Use a variety of treatments and equipment to treat individual skin and body conditions
• Advise and apply makeup
• Maintain clients records
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Upsell products and service
• Keep up-to-date on trends and competition
