Reporting to Performance, SEO & PR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Organizational:
? Communicate with colleagues and share insights on Slack
? Coordinate on-time delivery of SEO tasks via Trello
? Join weekly meeting with Performance, SEO & PR Manager
? Join weekly calls with SEO focussed developers for requirement agreement and execution
? Liaise with marketers on media outreach or content for SEO purposes
? Assist technical SEO team with quality control and project sign-off
? Coordinate closely with Performance Marketers to develop keyword insights
? Work closely with PR Marketers on off-site SEO initiatives and track impact on KPIs
? Align with UX on strategy and execution

Reporting:
? Contribute to the SEO Master
? Recommend SEO BI dashboards
? Analyse and report on impact of SEO and content initiatives on KPIs creating clear action items from insights
? Quarterly report on SEO health of every vertical core

Functional:
? Contribute to SEO strategy and execution
? Document in marketing playbook and ensure adherence to SEO framework
? Execute SEO channel briefs for all planned tests
? Work with Heads of Marketing and Offline Managers on SEO strategy to support campaigns
? Keep track of SEO best practices and search engine algorithm changes and communicate key insights to team
? Work with product and IT to document, execute and analyse SEO improvements
? Test SEO implementation on all site migrations and projects

Skills and competencies
? Marketing, Finance or IT degree
? 1-2 years of experience
? Self-starter
? Proficient in Excel
? Attention to detail
? Passion for digital marketing
