Our Client currently seeks exceptional Spanish-speaking Airline Representatives to join their internationally-acclaimed winning team!

Main duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Providing customer support for incoming queries from customers in Spanish and English
• Communicating with customers to ensure understanding of products/ services
• Resolving customer's complaint by determining the cause of the problem; and clarifying and explaining the best possible solution to solve the problem

Entry Requirements:
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal skills)
• An ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between Monday - Friday and rotational weekends (Operating hours: Monday - Friday between 08h00 - 21h00; Saturday and Sundays between 09h00 - 18h30 )

Salary: R130 000 per year, CTC with a potential to earn R150 000 per year.
