Key job responsibilities for the Spanish speaking Marketing Manager in Johannesburg, South Africa:
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the stakeholders
• The role involves the overview of all marketing activities taking place in a specific region
• Determine the marketing strategy for each country in their region including: Design, monitor and control the plan of action to achieve a goal; Goal setting and targets; messaging – what are we trying to say and how; positioning; budgeting; and constant reporting and analysis
• Customer acquisitions channels and selection (Social, Digital, ATL, BTL, Activations and Sponsorships)
• Retention strategy and CRM including Segmentation, Messaging, Yield management, VIP and Offers and promotion strategy
