An online marketing company based in Johannesburg has a job opening for a Spanish speaking Affiliate Account Manager. This global business offers a very diverse working environment
The Spanish speak Affiliate Account Manager will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting highly qualified affiliates and partners on a global basis to deliver on aggressive new account goals in various channels, reactivating a dormant base of affiliates in the program and developing commercial relationships with potential acquisition partners including affiliates and media groups.
Key responsibilities for the Spanish speaking Affiliate Account Manager job are:
-Plan and organise promotions that encourage affiliates and partners to generate acquisitions.
-Support other web marketing responsibilities as needed.
-Successfully negotiate and conclude positioning agreements with affiliates.
-Measurement of campaign performance by monitoring key metrics such as customers acquired, cost per acquisition and return on investment.
-Networking and attendance at international conferences.
-Work closely with international publishers to ensure optimum campaign performance and maintain strong relationships that ensure favourable treatment.

-Relevant tertiary qualification or qualified by experience
-Must have a good grasp of online metrics including key concepts such as CPA, ROI, etc.
-2 to 3 years' sales management or business development experience
-Experience in banner advertising, SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, social media, mobile marketing and e-commerce business development
-Ability to design and implement strategies for market entry as required
-Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level and manage a high level of complexity
-Fluent in written and spoken Spanish
