Key job responsibilities for this Spanish speaking Technical Support Engineer in Cape Town, South Africa:

- Supporting our Endpoint products, including but not limited to ENS, MVision, including information requests and managing customer technical issues to resolution, maintaining proactive communication at all times.
- Helping customers to proactively combat Malware attacks
- Providing technical support for Enterprise Support Customers.
- Working on Service Request / Support allocations, as well as internal improvement projects.
- Provide administrative support, including producing reports for management.
- Log all activity associated with any service request in our CRM system so that a complete and thorough record is maintained.
- Taking ownership of technical issues until a resolution is provided.
- Participation in Technical Forums.

Key job requirements for this Spanish speaking Technical Support Engineer in Cape Town, South Africa:

- Native fluency in Spanish and advanced knowledge of English
- Experienced in managing Global Enterprise Customers..
- Network or IT Security related certifications.
- MAC OS and/or Linux exposure.
- Working knowledge of MS SQL
