Special Events Coordinator / Wedding Specialist.

Busy 4* Hotel - Northern Suburbs - JHB.

Must hold a Diploma in Events Management or equivalent

Must have at least 3-5 years experience within same position in 4* hotels

Must be proficient / advanced in OPERA and Excel (Office)

Must have own transport

Must be willing to work as the business requires, including weekends

Live out position

To actively sell the facilities of the Hotel ensuring maximum conversion of sales calls, specializing in weddings and special events

Be actively involved in site educations and client follow ups; offering a full turnkey service

To assist with the administrative work for the banqueting/conventions department. To handle banqueting, function and conventions enquiries and reservations.

Salary R 12 000 - R 13 000.
