CONTRACT PACKAGE:
HMG offers highly attractive 2 year Family Contract packages (renewable after 2 years’ service) to international candidates.
TOTAL MONTHLY SALARY +/- 18 000 to 22 000 USD (12 000 GBP up to 22 000 GBP) or 16 700 EUR to 20 400 EUR per month offered according to experience.
• Tax free Basic salaries. Offered according to experience and negotiable to fit your needs.
• Working Hours: 48 Hours/6 days a week. Split shifts you will be required to work mornings and evenings (as there are not enough patients in the afternoon) . Note Night shifts are not promoted at HMG.
• Professional Allowance also offered according to experience.
• Free Fully furnished accommodation (apartment) provided with all basic necessities and home appliances.
• Educational support for children varies from SAR 13 000 up to SAR 20 000 per child (as per labor law only 2 kids under 18 years entitled)
• Economy class round trip air ticket to your destination country upon completion of every 12 months service. You, your spouse plus 2 kids under the age of 18 years will be entitled.
• Transportation provided by HMG to and from work only.
• Medical Insurance/Healthcare. Again you, your spouse and 2 kids under the age of 18 are entitled.
• 25 Days Annual Vacation for Specialists & 30 Days for Consultants. Added to this 10 Days annual holidays.
• 3 Months’ probation period.
• + Other benefits added as per employment agreement.

REQUIREMENTS:
• NATIONALITIES: All Nationalities welcome to apply.
• EDUCATION: Qualifications from Eastern European countries are not accepted. Preference to qualifications from Germany, Hungary, Italy, France, Spain, Greece, Belgium, Sweden, Poland, UK, USA and Canada. All Western qualifications accepted.
• EXPERIENCE: Consultants: Minimum of Four (4) years current post-licensure experience in an acute care setting.
• PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE/REGISTRATION: The applicant must have a valid professional license to practice, or registration (where applicable) from home country and/or country of last employment. Must have Good standing status.
• LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent in English - Oral and Written.
• AGE: Specialist - maximum age 48 years. Consultants - maximum age 58 years.
