KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Creation, Review and analysis of all Quarterly Minimum Price calculation for SADC & EU (Current and New Model simulations)
• Gathering of information from various departments, affiliates to perform profitability calculations
• Working with the business to ensure that Rule of Origin benefit is maximized.
• Perform Rule of Origin and various simulation calculations to ensure the company optimizes free trade agreement between SA & EU and SA & SADC.
• Attend discussions to influence pricing in export distribution channels to secure positive Marginal Profit with relation to FTA.
• Set individual KPI’s and IDP’s
• Quarterly form D reviews
• Mentoring and coaching of trainees
• Encourage attendance of internal training

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• NQF 6 (360 Credits), Accounting Qualification – Preferably CIMA qualified
• Demonstrate a high level of experience in working with ERP systems (SAP, SEM-BW, Advanced Excel, Word)
• Advanced computer literacy (Essential)
• Managerial Accounting experience in a large corporate organization must be in manufacturing and exports/ customs environment (Preferred)
• Knowledge of SADC & EU Free Trade Agreement – including HS Codes
• Good business acumen (Essential)
• Strong Project Management Experience
• Must be able to demonstrate good management & Leadership skills
• Must be able to demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills
