We are looking for a seasoned specialist who is passionate about building Learning and Development function that works like a well oiled machine within our HR centre of Excellence.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications
• BTech/B.Degree in Education/Social Sciences/Behavioural Sciences or Human Resource Management
• Postgraduate qualification in the relevant field will be advantageous

Experience

• 6-10 years’ relevant experience in an L&D role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• SETA accreditation requirements
• Relevant models, methodologies, and tools for leadership development, change management, diversity management, and integrated performance management

KEY PERFOMANCE AREAS (Not limited to):
Learning and Development

• Prepares an operational plan to support the L&D strategy and overall business objectives.
• Integrates Learning & Development initiatives into competency models encompassing Performance management, Succession planning and Career management.
• Provides guidance regarding Learning and Development Practice, Policy and Procedure to Line Managers and Employees.
• Develops and implements SLA agreements with outsourced training providers to ensure alignment with the company strategy, policies, and procedures.

Performance Management

• Designs and facilitates interventions to support line management in implementing the performance management process.

Succession and Career Planning

• Assists with the identification and assessment of successors, high potentials, and high performers.

Employee Engagement

• Strengthens employee engagement through the provision of relevant Learning and Development Programmes.
• Contributes to the development of an Employee Value Offer.
