A dynamic, enthusiastic, fast paced recruitment agency with a niche in the hospitality industry is looking to appoint a special briefs recruitment expert.

The ideal candidate will receive special briefs to source positions ranging from spa therapists to accountants and facilities managers. The candidate must have a strong database of industry contacts, a passion and knowledge of the business, must be willing and excited to learn and must be able to manage themselves and their time. Experience in hospitality and the recruitment business is compulsory.

The day-to-day aspects of the job include:

- Ensure that all aspects of the recruitment and selection process are effectively managed
- Network and build relationships with relevant industry leaders, organizations and educational facilities
- Build and maintain a strong database of qualified candidates
- Get to know current clients to ensure you can effective match clients and candidates for successful placements
- Identify best recruitment practices and placements for the relevant field
- Actively place adverts in pre-identified online and print platforms
- Advertise vacancies to your database on candidates who are looking for new opportunities
- Shortlist and screen candidates to ensure the best possible match is made
- Ensure your shortlisted candidate have contactable references
- Ensure your candidates are briefed on the job specs and requirements before they meet with your client
- Meet set targets and KPI’s
- Review and manage recruitment policies and procedures to ensure best practices are kept relevant and implemented
- Compile a database of companies to cold call when headhunting is required
- Attend industry events to stay abreast of trends and further enhance your database and network

Candidate minimum requirements:
- 2 years + experience in the hospitality field
- 2 years + experience in the hospitality field
- Own transport
- Live in or near the Atlantic Seaboard or City Bowl
- Must be willing to travel to industry events and clients
