Qualification:

BCom Degree / CA (SA)

Advanced Diploma in Business Analysis (ADBA)

Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA)



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience with local and international tax

Specific background in tax is a non-negotiable

Minimum 3 - 5 years demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in a financial services industry

Investment industry experience are advantageous

As changes in tax occur, acting as an advisor to communicate these to the business on best outcomes.

Liaising within the company on initiatives related to implementations, enhancements and tax changes.

Explaining concepts of tax to non-tax business teams.

Facilitating meetings and group workshops.

Business process modelling and improving business processes specifically related to tax across various business units, processes and systems.

Assist in the continuous improvement, development and implementation of the analysis framework.
