Our multi-national client in the Outsourced Services industry, based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, is currently searching for a Specialist Trainer to conduct and assess training and development to ensure employees meet organizational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Achieve facilitation, assessment and other targets
• Working closely with training partners to ensure that the company meets all the set training standards and criteria
• Attend stakeholder meetings
• Deliver appropriate training to employees, learners and other stakeholders involved on various topics
• Devise and utilise a scheme of work and lesson plans
• Maintain required training records
• Prepare for and facilitate learning, conduct assessments, post course evaluations and write reports, at times outside of core working hours
• Keep updated with best practice, market trends and new business opportunities
• Expected to travel
• Job may require extended hours in order to adhere to deadlines

Education and Experience:
• Further education and training certificate: ODETD (Minimum NQF Level 5) (an advantage)
• Registration as Assessor and Moderator at relevant accreditation bodies and SETAs (an advantage)

Key Competencies:
• Registered Assessor and Moderator (an advantage)
• Experience in the Hospital Industry
• Knowledge of Hospital Cleaning Methodology and Procedures
• Customer Service Excellence
• Advanced MS Office skills are essential
• Report writing skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Project Management skills: Strong coordination and organisational skills
• Good People Management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, policies and processes
• Good knowledge of South African/Industry specific Labour and Education laws

Salary on offer + Benefits: R 15 000 – R 180 000pm CTC (Negotiable) - incl. Pension & Medical, plus
