Our client in Paarl is looking for a Sportsclub Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:
Reception: Receiving and directing visitors, answering the Centre telephone, responding to general enquiries via email, keeping the reception area neat and tidy, assisting clients who hire the Centre facilities

Office Administration: ensure smooth running of the offices and office administration, including stationery, stock control and storage area management, filing, petty cash and office expense reporting, logistics for events, basic HR administration, managing office cleaning and maintenance (including managing the cleaning staff), running errands, assisting with purchases, etc.

Program Administration: program participant registration and attendance, including managing daily attendance registers; managing field and facility usage according to daily schedules; managing coach and trainer time sheets; data capture and program filing; sports equipment usage and stock control

Qualifications Required:
* past office administration experience, including basic financial admin (3 years preferred)
* reception etiquette, excellent phone manner and communication skills (written and verbal)
* demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
* good attention to detail
* excellent organisational skills
* drivers licence essential
* fluent in Xhosa (spoken) and English (spoken and written)

A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred. Must be willing to work overtime when necessary.
