Company is recruiting for an Intermediate - Senior SQL Developer with at least 2-5 years’ experience as a SQL Developer to join their dynamic team based at the Managers home in Pretoria East. Qualifications required:

• Matric
• MCSD (Advantageous)
• IT degree or 3-year National IT Diploma from reputable university.

Skills & experience required:

• Own vehicle will be beneficial
• Microsoft SQLServer 2008/2012/2014 /2016 (Compulsory)
• Strong T-SQLSkills
• Knowledge of SQLoptimization
• Full BI Stack – SSAS, SSRS, SSIS
• Integrational services – Management Studio
• Strong SQLprogramming skills essential (Stored Procedure, Triggers, SSIS)

Job Functions:

• Assist on projects due to increase in workload.
• Candidate will work closely with Senior Developer on development and integration projects and once well versed, the prospective candidate will work remotely from MD home/client site and attend weekly meetings with Senior Developer.
• Research, analyze and evaluate requirements for existing or new software applications and operating system.
• Design, develop, test and maintain software solutions to meet the clients’ requirements.
• Assess, develop, upgrade and document procedures for systems, communications environments, and application software.
• Document and direct software testing and validation procedures.
• Modifying existing software to correct errors to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performances.
• Research, analyze and evaluate requirements for software applications and operating systems.
• Advise on areas that could be improved on and keep up-to-date with new trends in software development and technologies that can be used to benefit the company.
