A dynamic company which specialises in Database services is urgently seeking a SQL Database Administrator. They have a broad client base and a dynamic performance driven environment. This role would be best suited to a Database Administrator with at least 3 years’ experience in SQL Server, SQL 2012 and T-SQL.

As a SQL Database Administrator you will be responsible for the development and testing support. Performance analysis and tuning, and diagnosing performance problems. Optimisation of SQL queries and creating indexes for improved performance. Suggesting table design changes to improve performance. Creating backups and recovery testing of the backups. User administration and change control. Database documentation, including database operational standards and policies. Disaster recovery planning and patch management of RDBMS
