Understanding of the Service Desk Environment

Duties:
Solution development in accordance to departmental System Development Life Cycle / Release and Deployment Management
Preventative System maintenance
Execute solution delivery in accordance with customer requirements
Provide Cherwell System Support
Develop and deliver software requirements as detailed by the BA
On site presentation when taking the client live
Provide End Users with Cherwell System training
Assist developers with any technical difficulties and development
Product specialist
Direct changes during and after projects to the PM
User and Admin training
