Senior Business Analyst (Membership & Contributions)
Reporting to: General Manager Membership & Contributions

A Managed Healthcare Company based in Randburg, is recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst (Membership and Contributions).

Requirements:
•To gather, interpret and troubleshoot different pieces of data to improve business processes.
•Responsible for reviewing, modifying and recommending business requirements applied to company databases and system applications.
•Determine appropriate processes and technology related solutions to more complex business problems in terms of their size, time frames and difficulty
•Provide analysis, definition, direction to process and technology related systems development and maintenance activities ensuring business functionality and industry standards are addressed for more complex projects as agreed
•This role works closely with the technical team to test the solution, record and track technical issues and implement any needed changes.
•Responsible to gather data on what business requirements should be included during the design stage
•Must thoroughly understand membership and contribution administration in the healthcare industry, as well as the issues and challenges facing the industry.
?In addition, this role must pinpoint how the departments can leverage its strengths and improve its weaknesses through various business processes.

Qualification: -
A bachelor's degree in business or computer technology field or studying towards one.

Experience: -
Minimum of five years of experience in business operations or Systems development
Medical aid administration of membership and contributions
A number of years in a Project environment

Knowledge: -
Familiarity with Business Process Reengineering concepts and methods
A good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project and Visio
