Requirement for Senior Business Analyst
Work Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Duration of requirement: Contract FTH (6 months, extendable)

Job spec:

• Business Analysis for a number of work streams , specifically but not limited to SAP payroll and BI workstreams
Deliverable:
Requirements documentation and facilitation
• Workshop facilitation to finalize blueprints
• Facilitating and supporting business in writing test scripts
• Facilitating UAT and related documentation and evidence

Domain expert with 12+ years experience within the relevant financial services area, and of the following:

• Provision of specific domain expertise to enable delivery teams,
• Translating end user application/system requirements and ensuring the delivery team has a thorough understanding of these requirements,
• Capturing, analysing and documenting functional requirements,
• challenging the business where appropriate to manage expectations and highlight risks/issues,
• Reviewing requirements documents prepared by developers,
• Business process modelling – actively investigating operational requirements,
• issues and opportunities to seek effective solutions,
• Preparation of test scenarios and management of integration and system testing
