Staffing and FOH Manager

Location: Diep River, Southern Suburbs, Cape Town
Salary: Negotiable

Duties:
To head up the casual staff division and manage all front of house staffing requirements.
Placing and coordinating staff at functions

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the events/hospitality/ restaurant industry
Computer Literate (Word, Excel, etc.)
Matric/Grade 12
Code 10 drivers licence and own transport

Advantageous:
A completed Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Events Management, Marketing Management, Communications, Brand Management, or similar would be an advantage
Sound project management skills
Availability to work on weekends and outside normal working hours
Passionate, hardworking and motivated
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding time management skills
