Vacancy - Stations and Security Manager
Salary: R600K- R750K CTC
Based in Midrand
Reports to Executive Operations
Specific Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
• Security/Stations Management
• Strategic management
• Financial Management
• Incident Management
• Human Resources
• Assume the responsibilities of the Service Delivery Executive during his absence (when required)
Education Requirements: Matric and Relevant qualification in customer
Technical/ Professional Skills/Qualifications: Previous budgeting and cost control experience essential. Candidates must have excellent leadership skills and must demonstrate a management style which is strongly focused on efficiencies and compliance. Thorough knowledge of operational system, policies and procedures. Computer literacy: Microsoft Office. Aptitude to work with IT systems. Working knowledge of relevant IR legislation, SLA agreement / policies / procedures. Ability to compile a strategic business plan and financial budget. Ability to interpret financial information. Report writing and presentation skills
Experience: 8+ years customer service/security/operational management experience with 5 years’ senior management responsibilities within a customer service/security environment. Previous experience with a rail or South African Police environment a distinct advantage.
