The Statistical Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of the overall strategy of the statistical function and to work in close collaboration with value chain managers. The primary focus is quality data, delivered on time, to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Statistics
• Post grad degree in an above-mentioned field
• 8 - 10 years’ experience
• Management experience
• Broad research industry knowledge
• Proficient in SAS, SPSS, Q, R, Python, Stata or other statistical packages
• Outstanding analytical expertise
• Strong statistical and logic skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Exceptional aptitude for data analysis and automation
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions
• Ability to autonomously manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced business environment
