Qualification:

BCom Accounting

SAICA / SAIPA Articles completed



Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years Post Article experience

Deferred Tax, experience and exposure

SAP experience, advantage



Job Description:

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

Focus on ensuring VAT compliance

Ensure assistance with the annual statutory accounts preparation

Actively make sure the annual statutory accounts are in line with the local law

Ensure participation in periodic reviews of trail balance and month-end sanity checks

Provide the completion of local VAT returns and actively check all non-local VAT returns

Make sure that the local taxes are completed

Project participation will be required

Budgeting and forecasting assistance will be required

Always ensure liaison with payroll providers on accounting queries
