An excellent opportunity exists in a highly-automated environment for technicians. For this position, you must be in possession of an T3/S4 Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 5 years or more experience in a maintenance environment.
Expert/detailed knowledge on PLC programs (Siemens S5 and Siemens S7) will be expected as well as experience in all facets of control and instrumentation, AC/DC drives and SCADA systems (Intouch) will be required. Experience in a Steel Plant and specifically a caster will be an advantage.

General fault finding is an integral part of this position and effective data gathering with strong reasoning abilities to perform investigations and solve problems are essential.
