Position: Stock Accountant (Temp position)
Area: Stellenbosch – Western Cape
Industry: Established Wine estate
Salary: R20000+ p/m negotiable on experience
Type: Temp position for 4 months (1 September 2019 to end January 2020)

Requirements, skills and experience

• Completed financial qualification
• 4 years’ + experience in financial accounting and stock management
• Solid experience in Pastel Evolution
• Experience of SAWI’S & recons
• Solid MS Office
• Experience of EE records
• Experience with Excise

Duties

Stock
o Move consignment stock on Pastel & SAWIS6’s.
o Reconcile stock at the end of every month
o Adding BOM, codes etc onto Pastel.

Casual wages
o Process on Pastel
o EMP201’s

Wages
o Process wages monthly/Fortnightly
o EMP201’s

Excise
o SAWIS5 recon monthly
o DA260 monthly

HR Function
o Hearings/CCMA/UNION bargaining.

EE
o Keeping EE records up to date & reporting once a year.
