Requirements
Matric + Agricultural Economics/ Supply Chain/ Logistics or Accounting
Min 2 years’ experience – Prerequisite
MS Office + Proficiency in Excel
Ability to read, statistical analyses and interprets documentation
Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations
Code EB (08) Driver’s License
Working knowledge of ERP systems
Ability to review and optimise processes and create reports
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Must be able to travel when required

Responsibilities
Reconciliation of stock
Experience in planning and inventory
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Excellent experience in data analysis and forecasting methods
Assist in monitoring, controlling and reconciling the movement of inventory from source, through storage and production to dispatch
Monitor accurate movement of stock between stores and processes
Projecting and determining necessary stock levels for production and sales
Implement and execute an inventory replenishment system
Work with all departments to determined optimum stock levels and resolve slow moving or obsolete stocks
Optimise stock levels while ensuring customer service levels are not compromised
Demand forecasting
Ensure accurate stock levels
Develop and implement inventory controls and best practice
Oversee cycle count procedures and investigate and resolve variances
