Kendrick Recruitment is urgently seeking a Stock/Cost Controller for a lovely hotel based in the North-east of Pretoria.We are looking for a candidate that will ensure the reliability of the suppliers, stock quality, pricing and follow company standards and policies in purchasing and receiving.The candidate will also oversee the stock movement within the hotel including allocations, rotation, purchasing orders, correct storage of stock and general stock takes in all departments.And important part of the role will also be overseeing the pricing, creditors notes, invoices and daily expenditure of each department in relation to the hotel budgets. Ideally the successful candidate will have the following:MatricFormal hospitality experience essentialAt least 2 years as a stock/cost controller in a 4/5* hotelWell spokenFluent in EnglishComputer literate – MS Office and PastelBasic financial knowledgeKnowledge of POS and financial systems such as Micros, Pilot or AlohaOwn transport essentialSalary for this position is R12,000 CTCIf you feel that this is the position for you apply today!!
