RedCat Recruitment is seeking a STOCK CONTROL MANAGER for a national concern – position based in Queensburgh, Durban.


JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
B.Comm (or equivalent commercial qualification) ESSENTIAL!
Further qualification in Warehouse Manager/Stock Control will be advantageous.
Knowledge of warehouse management system would be advantageous.
2 - 3 years appropriate experience at this level (preferably within an FMCG environment).
Strong Financial background.
High analytical skills and ability.
High level of business acumen.
Service orientated and motivated.
Ability to plan, organise and control and function well in a highly pressurised environment.
Good administrative skills.
Managing stock.
Reporting on daily stock losses.
Monitor and verify all stock related transactions and action accordingly.
Report and finalise all warehouse in transit, returns and physical stock.
Management of stock in accordance with RH instruction.
Manage year-end stock counts, final balancing and roll-forward with the assistance from Administrative Manager.
Valid driver’s licence.
Candidate must be prepared to work overtime, weekends, public holidays when the need arises.

Salary offered: Negotiable (depending on previous experience)
