Stock items created within 24 hours after receipt of take on form, with all required fields and selling prices
GRV’s to be completed same day as receiving shipping docs and laser GRV
Costing pack to be completed
Shipping docs ( Comm inv, packing list, BL, SARS docs, Laser GRV, PO’s, GRV excel costing sheet
Excel costing sheet and scanned costing docs to be scanned and file within 24 hours on shared drive
All inventory journals and write off to be prepared and approved by FM/ FD
Timely and accurate processing of credit notes for stock returns
Weekly stock files to be sent and reconciled with laser
Weekly cycle counts as laser
Submission of weekly ageing report with suggest action items
Warehouse arrival notifications (arrival, PO, packing list, comm inv)
Review of categories and items for slow moving items and suggest orders based on SOH and sell thru
Monthly shipment report (arrivals and departures)
Monthly stock counts (variances reconciled with reason next to each line)
Monthly counts of tools and spares from all nodes
Submission on monthly stock report to FM to reconcile to accounts
A full stock count conducted at least quarterly at laser (variances reconciled with reason next to each line)
