The job purpose of the Stock Controller’s role is to manage the purchasing and replenishment of the products sold within the company

A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience required.
Matric with Mathematics as a subject

Execute inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes stock holding and maximizes stock system and paperwork accuracy.
The role carries responsibility for working with purchasing, goods inwards and dispatch to ensure necessary functions are carried out correctly

Ensure all inventory and stock management systems are maintained accurately, within the
agreed parameters and in a timely manner.
Maintain a process for returns. Manage a defined area in the storeroom for returns/credits. Maintain harmonious working relationship with Suppliers/Vendors within the buying parameters set by the business.
Oversee and assume responsibility for the POS system and the Electronic Ordering Systems.
Complete all necessary stock takes.
Maintain the storeroom and the allocation of space for stock. Ensure the storeroom meets company regulations.
Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards.
