Responsible for ordering, receiving, issuing, storage and inventoryDaily stock counts of various areas / stockEnsure proper documentation of all merchandise entering or leaving the store areaMaintain the tidiness and cleanliness of all storage areasTo report on variances and take follow up actionManage and train staff members
Requirements:
Grade 12 and computer literateFormal hospitality degree/diploma preferableMinimum of 5 years relevant experience in a 4/5 Star HotelSound food and beverage products knowledgeSound Micros knowledge and experienceStrong administration, management and leadership skillsPrevious Bookkeeping / Accounting experience would be an advantage
