Qualification:

Grade 12

Studying towards a Diploma or Certificate in Supply Chain Management will be advantageous

Experience in a similar field

Be familiar with procedures in Finance Department

Excellent Procure .Net and EasiPos knowledge or similar

MS Office vital



Skills & Experience:

Be bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Minimum 1 year experience in Accpac and Procure

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Inventory

Minimum 1 year experience in Hospitality



Job Description:

Issuing food as received.

Responsible person to sign for received items.

Stock take schedule to be sent out by the 3rd of each month.

Beverages to be issued on usage to the outlet (Par levels).

Checking temperatures of trucks and goods.

Check quantity of delivered stock vs invoice.

Provisional costs of sales by the 15th of each month.

Make sure stock take procedures are in place.

Calculate COS recharges.

Capture all invoices and credit notes.

Source best price and quality.
