STOCK & MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT ( ref. OMSM)

Requirements:
- Minimum N. Diploma in Cost & management accounting with 2 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills, Afrikaans and English
- Must have a attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work under pressure
- Computer literate in Accpac, Pastel, Power user and Excel
- Further skills to manage people will be to your advantage

Duties will include:
- Management, control and administration of monthly stock take
- Resolve counting variances and resolve issues
- Monthly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts regarding stock
- Weekly & Monthly analysis of key expense accounts
- Provide clear and concise responses/ analyses on specified costs or accounts
- Review & analyze financial information for the purpose of identifying any miscalculation or significant variances and investigates and reconciles any differences identified
- Booking of manual journal entries and compiling supporting documents for authorization by the financial accountant
- Correct errors with adjusting journal entries

Provide assistance to Financial Accountant in relation to preparation of statutory, management and group reporting
