This position is a key role in ensuring the inventory database is accurately maintained by rostering and completing stocktakes on all stock SKUs according to the established policy.

Some duties will include:
- Follow a stocktake roster prepared by Head Office that schedules respective stock takes across all stores
- Review stock not counted, report to ensure all counts are being completed
- Conduct accurate stock counts on all SKU’s with the rostered bin location
- Use PDT to download stocktake files to main computer system
- Work with Managers to review major stock discrepancies
- Notify Head Office of any security issues relating to stock
- Ensure all SKU’s have been allocated in a bin location
- Review negative stock report on weekly basis and make corrective adjustments where required
- Will be travelling from s ore to store

Essential Requirements
• Grade 12 – Relevant tertiary qualification is a bonus
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Stocktake Controller
• Valid driver’s license & own reliable vehicle
• Excellent ability to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
• Must have previous experience with a computerized inventory system
