Position: Store Manager / Business Partners
Salary: The salary is R26 500. Once the loan repayment is paid back which can take 3 years, the JV partner will benefit from their 39% shares in the business
Location: (Gauteng, KZN, PE & Cape town)

Minimum Requirement: Experience / Skills and Knowledge:
? No Criminal Record (non-negotiable)
? No ITC (non-negotiable)
? Prepared to undergo a polygraph test (non-negotiable)
? Management and supervisory role in the Retail sector for more than 3 years.
? Retail experience (Will be Advantage)
? Setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost.
? recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff
? Managing sales performance levels.
? Basic Knowledge and understanding of Human Resources and Industrial relation.
? Strong Computer literate skills
? Possess a thorough understanding of stock management and Control
? Shrinkage prevention
? Good understanding of financial acumen.
? Income statement
? Income and expenditure
? Gross profit
? Cost of Sales

As a Store Manager / Business Partner you will be need to display the following characteristics:
? Maximizing profitability by executing retail strategy within business unit and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
? Must be ambitious and energetic and be prepared to work retail hours
? Strong problem-solving skills due to the fast-moving environment and complexities of the business
? Need to be able to lead, manage and drive a team of 10 to 20 staff members
? Attention to detail and the ability to execute the system to ensure the stores conformance
? Effective communication, ensures that stake holders are informed on all important issues
? Strong leadership skills
? Responsible for the entire administrational function ensuring compliance on all levels
? Customer centric focused
