STORE MANAGER:

This person will have outstanding book knowledge, great written and verbal communication skills, with proven track record in leadership and management.
Key responsibilities:
• Stock management
• Manage and achieve store targets
• Various admin duties
• Pricing & POS
• Housekeeping
• Management of staff
• Customer service
• Merchandising
• Book Knowledge
• Transfers
• Opening and Closing procedures
• Reports
Minimum requirements:
• Matric or NQF level 4
• 3-5 years retail management experience
• Tertiary qualification in retail management or equivalent would be advantageous.
• Book selling experience is essential
