Experience required:Should have 2 – 5 years fashion retail experience Minimum of 2 – 3 years retail management experienceMust have matric, and a completion of post-secondary-education; retail or management qualification would be an advantage. Required skills:Ability to communicate with customers and store team members.A commitment to customer service excellence, coupled with superior visual presentation abilities.Ability to demonstrate leadership skills with minimum immediate supervisionA proven aptitude for administration and the professional exercising of discretion at all times and under all circumstancesProven effectiveness in time management skills with ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to move or handle heavy merchandise and climb ladders.Ability to work varied hours/days as required in a retail environment.
